Thank you for visiting OLO Builders North Idaho! I am Jeremy and my wife Kris and I own and operate OLO Builders North Idaho. I started building custom homes with my dad in high school and have been in the industry ever since (30+ years). Our oldest son, Brack, is also a valued member of our precision team and he is excited to carry on the family tradition. My love for homebuilding, North Idaho and my family are strong and I'm so blessed to do what I do every day. We understand that building a new home can be a stressful experience for people. We want to make the process of building beautiful homes in this gorgeous area as pain free and as enjoyable as possible for our clients. When we saw the processes and systems that OLO Builders offers, building semi custom homes with a more production price tag, well it was a no-brainer that this was the best path for our family's dreams.
